Abu-Ghazaleh Receives Pakistani Ambassador to Jordan, Discusses Expansion and TAGTech New Tablets and Laptops

AMMAN – HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, chairman of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global (TAG.Global) received in his office, HE Major General (Retd.) Junaid Rehmat, the Ambassador of Pakistan to Jordan and discussed various subjects including opening a second office in the South Asian country.

TAG.Global operations in Pakistan, the 33rd-largest country in the world began in 2005 with the opening of a fully functional office in Karachi with a special focus on Intellectual Property.

Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh briefed the Ambassador on the global expansion strategy of TAG.Global which has 110 offices around the world with plans to have more including another office in Lahore to serve the local and global business communities. 

Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh appreciated the Ambassador's involvement in introducing TAGTech's latest tablets and laptops in Pakistan: TAG-TAB, TAGITOP-Multi and TAGITOP-Plus which are characterized by their highest specs and affordable prices.

During the meeting, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh stressed that Jordan and Pakistan are joined by mutual respect and cooperation in various fields and there are many business opportunities to engage in at various levels noting that there are more than 15000 Pakistanis who are currently living and working in Jordan and there are many Jordanian students who are studying in Pakistani universities. 

For his part, Ambassador Rehmat commended Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh’s efforts in enhancing relations between the two countries expressing readiness to provide all required support in establishing a new office for TAG.Global in Lahore referring to the strong presence TAG.Global maintains in Karachi in offering IP services in particular. 

The expected office in Lahore will cater for all other services provided by TAG.Global including teaching Arabic, English and Chinese languages, consulting and business services and IT skills through Talal Abu-Ghazaleh International Diploma in IT Skills (TAG-DIT) programs in addition to others. 

Both sides also tackled the latest business development around the globe, the excellent relationship between Jordan and Pakistan in addition to the future cooperation in various fields.
